The 16 days of activism for No Violence Against Women and Children is an international campaign that takes place every year from November 25 to December 10. During this period the South African government and other social organisations run a 16 days of activism campaign to make people aware of the negative impact of violence on women and children and to act against abuse. This campaign is something that can bring change to our country and gives us the chance to protest actively against women and child abuse.
AWEAR is firmly committed to the campaign as we feel that every girl or woman out there deserves a chance, so we should try and make a difference. We need to increase awareness!
