Most of us would kill to look like the South African born beauty and Victoria's Secret Supermodel Candice Swanepoel. So here are her tips for getting into shape and making sure your body is bikini ready for the summer months ahead. Being known for her rock hard body she is aware that she and the other Victoria's Secret models alike catch the attention of women worldwide. Candice says that women shouldn't struggle and pressure themselves with what they eat everyday, she doesn't believe in depriving yourself or starving yourself. She advises that the key to a great body is by doing plenty of yoga and pilates and jogging up to three times a week. She includes plenty greens and proteins in her diet but says that the key to losing weight is by eating in moderation and eating healthy.
Monitor what you eat (not obsessively) and try fill your meals with lower calorie foods! If you really want to get in to shape fast, Candice recommends a mixture and balance between cardio and toning sessions.
